What is your favorite local restaurant to eat at? What is your go to order? I love Con Huevos. I usually order the Burrito de Mama, but everything is delicious.
What is the best thing about living in Louisville? It's a big small town with much less traffic!

How did you find FIT4MOM Louisville? I noticed that one of my coworkers in Louisville was Facebook friends with someone I had worked with in Atlanta and she told me they met through Fit4Mom. We didn't have a child yet, so I just kept it on my radar for the future.

How has FIT4MOM Louisville changed your life? Fit4Mom has introduced us to so many wonderful friends!
What was the first class that you attended and/or taught? What was the last class that you attended and/or taught? I first attended a Fit4Baby session and I most recently taught/attended Stroller Strides.
What classes do you currently attend and/or teach? Stroller Strides (and maybe something else soon!).
What is your favorite workout move or class layout? What workout move or class layout makes you feel strong? I love incorporating planks and plank variations into workouts; they always make me feel strong.
