Ash is passionate about strength — not just for today, but for the long haul. As she’s gotten older, her focus has shifted toward aging as strong and capable as possible, and that’s exactly what she brings into every class she teaches. Once a hardcore cardio junkie, Ash is now completely in love with weights — and she’s on a mission to help other women feel the same.

Fitness has always been her jam. Ash taught fitness classes in college, has run multiple half marathons, and loves pushing limits and achieving goals. In her Body Ignite classes, you’ll quickly see how much fun it can be to challenge your body with strength training — all while building confidence and momentum along the way.

Ash believes anyone can develop a stronger body and a stronger mind through exercise… and she’ll help you prove it to yourself.
