When this team member isn't at a class or teaching one, she's definitely by some water! Natalie has been a part of our team since 2017 and a part of our Village for even longer! She has a love for Louisville, the color shocking pink, and the starters at The Fat Lamb. Known for being loyal and having an appreciation for the strength that moms embody, she's one instructor whose classes you won't want to miss! How long have you lived in Louisville? 18 years during childhood & moved back 7 years ago.

Tell us about your family: Met my husband Corey when we were both 18 in college. Married in 2007. Carson 11, Nolan 7, Lincoln 7. Boxer Lucy!

Current/Previous career: worked in nonprofit for 10 years

What did you want to be “when you grow up”? a veterinarian

What is the furthest you have been away from home? Costa Rica or Alaska

What is your favorite thing to do? Watch my kids shine, in the pool, on the trail or in the classroom.

What is your favorite local restaurant to eat at? What is your go to order? The Fat Lamb. I love all the starters!

What is the best thing about living in Louisville? It’s big enough to have its own personality but small enough to be connected to every one in some way 😝

What TV shows are you currently watching? The Crown

Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us: I was once asked to help keep people away from Taylor Swift while she was attending the church I worked at. Basically I was her body guard!

If someone had to describe you in one word, what would it be and why? Loyal

How did you find FIT4MOM Louisville? A childhood acquaintance told me Stroller Strides was coming to my area (a friend in Nashville was a member there).

How long have you worked for FIT4MOM Louisville? Since 2017.

How has FIT4MOM Louisville changed your life? Helped me to understand how uniquely different we all are, and how strong, mentally and physically we as moms can be!

What was the first class that you attended and/or taught? Attended the first Stroller Strides at Seneca park.

What was the last class that you attended and/or taught? Taught Body Well today!

What classes do you currently attend and/or teach? Body Well, BOOST & Pilates.

What is your favorite workout move or class layout? I love partners or group moves!

What workout move or class layout makes you feel strong? Anything new that I feel the next day!
