Bonnie Knows Breast® is a Louisville, Kentucky–based lactation and perinatal nutrition practice supporting families from pregnancy through postpartum and beyond. Founded by Bonnie Holt Logsdon, RD, IBCLC, the practice offers personalized breastfeeding consultations (home, office and virtual), pump fittings and instruction, return-to-work planning, starting solids education, and overall feeding support.

Located in Louisville and serving families throughout Kentuckiana, Bonnie also hosts Afterglow, a welcoming new mom group focused on connection during the early postpartum weeks, along with practical parent education classes to help families feel confident and prepared.
