How long have you lived in Louisville? Since I was 10, except for a few years for school!

Tell us about your family: I'm married to Aaron and have 3 awesome kiddos: Alice, Thomas and William

Current/Previous career: I worked doing development for non profits, though I'm not current

What did you want to be “when you grow up”? A teacher

What is the furthest you have been away from home? Europe

What is your favorite thing to do? Love a good brewery date night with my husband

What is something about you that someone may not know? My youngest is autistic, so we are deep into the world of all things autism, differences and inclusion for everyone!

What is your favorite local restaurant to eat at? What is your go to order? We love La Suerte on Bardstown Road

What is the best thing about living in Louisville? The park system!

What is your favorite color? Blue

What is your favorite song or artist? I'm in my Taylor Era right now, thanks to my 10 year old!

What TV shows are you currently watching? I wish I was watching current shows, I'm an Office rerun type of girl

Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us or what is your pet peeve? I've been a vegetarian for over 24 years

If someone had to describe you in one word, what would it be and why? MOM, momming rules my life

How did you find FIT4MOM Louisville? I heard about it through facebook friends

How has FIT4MOM Louisville changed your life? I have made some awesome friends through fit4mom! And those early morning boost classes truly helped me get through the rough patches of the pandemic!

What was the first class that you attended? What was the last class that you attended? First class was a strides class at the zoo in 2016 and the last class was the new cardio Wednesday class at Bowman!

What is your favorite workout move or class layout? What workout move or class layout makes you feel strong? Always love biceps and triceps! Ab and arm classes are my fav!
