Run Club

Run Club is a group program that will help runners of all levels improve. While working with a certified running coach, beginning runners will gradually build cardiovascular endurance and distance each week. Experienced runners will increase speed and distance. Each session ends with a race. A motivating group and experienced running coach will assist every runner in meeting her goals.

Winter 2017/ Spring 2018 Run Club Dates:

5K: January 20th - March 10th (8 week training)
10K: February 3rd - March 24th (8 week training)
Half (mini): February 17th - April 28th (12 week training)

Race Dates:
Anthem 5K Fitness Classic- March 10th
Rodes City Run- March 24th
KY Derby Mini- April 28th
**Please note that race registration is not included in the Run Club session price**
