Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms
with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power
walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness
instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and
stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle
tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a
professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal
training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format.
Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal
and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles
become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from
breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in
utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly
growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating
an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles,
creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!
Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms only.
Whether you just had a baby, or had a baby twenty years ago, it will help you get your body back. More importantly, you can unlock personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment.
NO GIMMICKS! You will work hard and get REAL RESULTS! This class is for moms only, no children. It is recommended that you be at least 3 months postpartum before beginning this program.

Classes meet 2 times per week. You must be able to attend both classes to enroll. Space is limited. Payment is due in full to reserve your spot. Fit4Baby® is a once-a-week fitness program designed just for expecting mamas. The workouts are designed for a pregnant woman’s changing body and taught by instructors certified in ACOG guidelines. This program caters to each individual moms fitness level and stage of pregnancy. Healthy mamas equal healthy babies!

Come RUN with us, Mama! Don't miss the FREE preview of Fit4Mom Louisville's newest program: RUN CLUB! There will be a group run and followed by refreshments and a short explanation of all the 8 week Run Club will have to offer!
Run Club is a group program that will help runners of all levels improve. While working with a certified running coach, beginning runners will gradually build cardiovascular endurance and distance each week. Experienced runners will increase speed and distance. Each eight week session ends with a race. A motivating group and experienced running coach will assist every runner in meeting her goals.
