Jessica Hardesty-Nollar, Realtor with Family Realty

It's F4MLOU's 7th birthday and we're so excited to share more about some of the awesome local partners who are helping us make the celebration magic happen! Next up - meet Jessica Hardesty-Nollar.

Jessica is a Realtor with Family Realty! She recently shared the following information about her business with us:

"Whether you are looking to sell your current home for top dollar or a first time home buyer, I am honored to work for you. I assure you that I will keep your best interest at heart and guide you through the process step by step. I am proud to be an associate of Family Realty, because integrity, honesty and ethics are the core of our business model.

Currently licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana with previous real estate experience in an extremely competitive Michigan and Florida markets and in new home construction sales, enables me to provide you with creative negotiation, marketing, problem solving and customer service skills. I pride myself on taking additional continuing education seminars to ensure that I offer you the representation you deserve.

Prior to real estate, I worked in automotive marketing and sales facilitation in new product development with Ford Motor Company.

My mother and her six siblings were born and raised in Louisville. My father is a graduate of the U of L Medical School. My husband, Brad and I live on the East End with our son and two fur children. I love all that Louisville has to offer from the gorgeous parks, to the amazing restaurants, museums, bourbon tours, appreciating the arts and music and everything in between. Louisville is the perfect combination of southern hospitality and excitement. Whatever makes you feel alive, you can definitely find it here!

I am particularly passionate about providing real estate services to the F4MLOU community because regardless of where you are in your journey in life, it's so important to find others who can support you. Whether that's having your back during the most difficult times, celebrating your victories and accomplishments or just plain sharing in the joy of laughter. I am so proud to be part of this community and would be more than honored to join you for a class, walk/run, grab a coffee and am honored to assist you with any info related to my knowledge of the complex world of real estate. It' truly a privilege to interview for the job of representing you in such a special transition time. I truly believe in the power of determined, positive, hardworking minds coming together, there's no obstacle too large!

I look forward to being part of your journey HOME!
