  • Tell us about your family: I'm wife to Mike and Mama to Addison (9); Johnny (6) and Jacob (4).

  • Current career: Co-owner F4MLOU, Co-owner Recover Well and I'm side hustling an NFT project helping to onboard more women into Web3.

  • What was your childhood ambition? I always wanted to be a lawyer.

  • What is the furthest you have been away from home? Moscow, Russia.

  • What is your favorite thing to do as a family? We love being outside so going to the beach, the pool or even hanging in our back yard are some of our favorite things to do!

  • What is something about you that someone may not know? I used to jump out of airplanes. Like A LOT. I was certified to jump solo and used to go pretty much every weekend.

  • Proudest moment: Passing the California Bar exam. It's the second hardest bar exam in the country and has a very low pass rate. So that was a huge deal in my life. Since then, Ive always felt like there's nothing I can't accomplish if I work hard.

  • Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us: I'm very sensitive and get my feelings hurt easily.

  • How did you find FIT4MOM? After I quit my attorney job and I was going to be with my daughter all day every day I googled "what to do with an 18 month old" hahah. I honestly had no idea what I was supposed to do with her.

  • When and why did you start FIT4MOM Lou? I fell in love with F4MLOU in San Diego and when I moved to Louisville, there wasn't one! I knew Louisville needed to experience the power of the village.

  • How has FIT4MOM changed your life? It's changed in so many unbelievable ways. I've met some of the best friends I will ever have. It's brought me immense pride and joy. It has shown me that motherhood REALLY wasn't meant to be done alone and that every Mom needs a Village. It has pushed me to be a better leader and a better person.

  • Favorite exercise: Jump squats. All day.

  • Favorite in person/virtual class: This feels like picking a favorite child! haha. I can't do it.

  • Favorite thing about FIT4MOM Lou?: The ripple. It's so much more than a workout and it has made a huge difference in the lives of many families in Louisville.

  • Tell us about your family: I am wife to Ryan and Mom to Hadley (12) and Mila (9). And of course, our family wouldn’t be complete without our two rescue pups, Cali (3) and Kylo (1). • What TV shows are you currently watching? ANYTHING BRAVO. The Real Housewives of _____ (all of them). Super educating show, I know. Lol

  • Proudest moment: This one's tough... A few things come to mind but what stands out to me the most is overcoming postpartum anxiety after the birth of my first daughter. That was a really scary time and I'm proud of myself for getting the help that I needed and for continuing to put one foot in front of the other to get through it.

  • Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us: I used to smoke cigarettes in college. SO YUCKY, right?

  • How did you find FIT4MOM? I learned about F4M through my best friend who had been a member of F4M Irvine/Tustin. At the time we were living in Lexington, KY and I was sharing with her how lonely I felt. She asked if we had a F4M there and at the time I didn't think we did. Ironically, I later saw a yard sign promoting the Lexington franchise and couldn't get to a class soon enough. I was sold from that point on!

  • When and why did you start FIT4MOM Lou? After our time in Lexington we found ourselves back in Louisville. My husband was in between jobs and we didn't know where we were going to land next. I was craving a community like F4M in Louisville and there just wasn't one so that's when F4MLOU evolved!

  • How has FIT4MOM changed your life? I'm not sure I can even express how much F4M has changed my life. Aside from all of the obvious reasons; living a healthy lifestyle, being surrounded by encouraging and badass women on the daily, etc., F4M has helped me find my voice and a confidence from within that I never knew I had. It's changed the trajectory of my career and I couldn't be more grateful for all of the experiences, opportunity and people it has put forth in my life. I am forever thankful!

  • Favorite exercise: PLANKS!

  • Favorite in person/virtual class: I absolutely love in person classes because of the camaraderie and I know I work harder when I'm at an in person class, but the convenience of virtual has been life-saving lately!

  • Favorite thing about FIT4MOM Lou? Hands down, our team and Village. I continuously find myself in awe and extremely lucky to be surrounded by so many inspiring and uplifting women.

June Questions:

  • Best things about the summer? Sunshine + Vitamin D, boating, beach days, pool days, time with family and friends, skinny margs, fresh eats, being outside, vacay, shopping at small biz outdoor shopping center boutiques, brite and fun accessories, summer style, summer hair and makeup, fire pit nights... I could go on and on and on!
  • Sunrise or sunset? I love a good sunrise but if I have to choose, sunset it is!
  • Most memorable summer vacation? Not a summer vacay but the most memorable vacation that comes to mind is spring break 2021. Our family usually goes to California once a year to visit my best friend (and now it will be to visit Jess and her fam, too!) but like all of us, due to the pandemic, we weren't able to travel for a while. It literally ripped my soul apart to not be able to book travel for our annual trip so when we were able to make up for it last year, it was the most meaningful trip yet.
  • Tastiest thing to cook on a grill or over a campfire? I'm obsessed with grilled chicken. We love to switch up marinades and then layer chicken on top of romaine and whatever toppings go with the current season.
