Meet Tiffany, our Mom of the Month! Tiffany is wife to Alex and mama to Xander (8 months). She's a photographer turned stay at home mama and is also one of our BOSS moms attending Strides, 360 and Boost on the regular! If you have ever been in class with Tiffany, you know she comes to WORK. She pushes herself so hard and it shows! She just finished her second round of body back where she completed an impressive FOUR minute side plank during her final assessment. Not only does Tiffany work hard, but she is a cheerleader to everyone around her.

Hometown: Cincinnati, Ohio
Family: My husband Alex and I have been married for 6 years. We got married in May of 2013 then moved to Cincinnati for four years while Alex went through residency. Once finished, we moved here to Louisville and have loved every second. This past April, we had our first child Alexander (Xander) Blair Musser II.
Previous Career: I attended Georgetown College in Georgetown, Kentucky. While there, I worked for a wedding photographer who then helped me start my own business. I was a wedding and family photographer for eight years. Now that we are in Louisville I am excited to be a SAHM! I also worked for Stretch-N-Grow in both Cincinnati and Louisville. Stretch-N-Grow is a wonderful company that fosters healthy eating and exercise to little babes. Coaching soccer was my favorite part of S-N-G!
What was your childhood ambition? Growing up, my life revolved around sports. I played select soccer from 4th grade until my senior year of high school. In high school, I played basketball and lettered in soccer and golf. All three of these sports molded me to be a hardworking, don’t stop until you reach your goal, kind of girl. I learned how to be a leader and how to push myself to constantly learn new skills and never settle.
What does motherhood mean to you? For me, motherhood is a beautiful mess. It’s hard, exhausting, dirty and painful. However, I have gained so much in these short seven months. I have learned that the laundry doesn’t always have to be folded and put away and the house doesn’t always have to be clean. Piles of laundry, stacked up dishes in the sink and toys scattered around the house show that I have a family that I get to take care of and for that I am very thankful! This is by far my favorite season of life thus far. Watching Xander change and learn new things is such a fun experience for me.
What is the furthest you've been away from home? Italy.
How did you find FIT4MOM? I will forever be indebted to April Berry! April and I have been friends since college where we played golf together. After I had Xander, April lovingly introduced me to Stroller Strides and the rest is history.
How has F4M changed your life? My life has been wonderfully flipped upside down! Fit4Mom has saved me. As mentioned, I started with Stroller Strides the day after I was released from my OB after having Xander. The postpartum dark cloud was starting to set up camp, but I continued to push hard and get to as many classes as I could. Katherine Zeh, Amanda Watt and Jessica Kramer all unknowingly helped me chip away at the cloud. Xander is a wonderful little boy, but he LOVES to be held! They have always and still continue to selflessly take my crying child and let me workout the stresses of motherhood. I am thankful for this village of women. When I am at my best physically and mentally I can give my best to my husband and little babe.
Favorite Exercise: I LOVE 360! But if I have to pick actual exercises I’d say mini bands and walking.
Proudest Moment: I am currently fresh off of my second round of Body Back. After two rounds with Nicole Hennessey, I can confidently say that I am proud of who I am both inside and out. I have lost 34 pounds and 21 inches. My FOUR MINUTE one arm side plank during assessments was the exclamation mark to the completion of my second round.
Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us: My husband and I were set-up on a blind date and were engaged in 9 months.
