Jen, we love you and are so lucky to have you as a part of our team! xoxo

Hometown: Born and raised in Louisville, KY.

Tell us about your family. I have been married to my hubby Josh Malone for almost 6 years. We have two boys, Beau who is 3.5 and William who is 5 months old. We also have two pups who we love so much, Mia Half-Pint Malone and Stella May Malone who we treat like children not pets lol.

Current/Previous career. I was a special education teacher for emotional behavioral disabilities. Now I am a mom first and foremost. I also teach ESL online and I am a Strides and 360 instructor for our amazing Fit4Mom community!

What was your childhood ambition? I always thought I would end up in the medical field.

What does motherhood mean to you? Motherhood to me means being a leader for my boys and raising them the best that I can to be kind, gentle, and loving human beings.

What is the furthest you have been away from home? We traveled to Hong Kong when I was 6 years old.

How did you find FIT4MOM? My sister in law Alex who was a part of her Fit4Mom group in Phoenix! She insisted I try it out so I did and feel in love immediately.

How has FIT4MOM changed your life? Fit4Mom opened me up to a world or friendships, a village that always has your back, and getting me into a routine with my motherhood.

Favorite exercise. Squats squats and more squats! I love doing all sorts of variations with squats.

Proudest moment. Bringing my boys into this world. Memories I will never forget.

Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us. Maybe won’t surprise everyone, but some. I ran my first ever mini marathon with my dad and husband in my third trimester of pregnancy with my first born Beau. It was the biggest emotional rollercoaster I’ve experienced aside from childbirth.

Favorite Virtual Class. Soo hard to pick. I do love Susan’s Pilates and Felicia's Stretch Sesh but ALL of our classes have been so good for my soul and helping to keep my fitness on track!

Quick 5 with Beau.

How old is mommy? 3.5 (his age haha)

What is something mom always says to you? Happy birthday (apparently that’s all I say to him)

What is mom really good at? Cleaning my room (aka cleaning his room which I don’t do he does haha )

What is mom's favorite thing to do? Go camping (accurate)
