What was your childhood ambition? Wanted to either be a teacher or nurse to help people.
What does motherhood mean to you? Being the best teacher, coach, and role model possible. Love being able to guide and nurture him through life.

How did you find FIT4MOM? My husband saw his high school friend, Nicole Hennessy, post about it and thought it’d be my jam!
How has FIT4MOM changed your life? The support system, friendships, and workout programs have been what I needed in this motherhood. All of my friends are spread different distances apart and finding people to cheer me on and push me is what I need. It’s hard to put into words. It’s something you just didn’t realize you needed in your life. When I have life questions, I turn to this group. I joined doing Stroller Strides then did a round of Body Well. I loved it and continued with Boost. Just completed Body Well and Well Between, still active with Strides and Boost. It keeps me consistent and has helped me lead and model healthy life choices for my family.
Favorite exercise. Burpees or anything abs. (Least favorite- mtn climbers! Just had to put that in there haha)
