FIT4BABY is a workout program designed specifically for moms-to-be. It includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. This 6-week program includes community-based workouts, weekly challenges, a private group and weekly journal to document your fitness journey. FIT4BABY will build your endurance, strengthen your body and prepare you for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Virtual Session Details
October 3rd - November 7th (6 weeks)
Classes will meet *virtually* on Mondays at 7:00pm from the comfort of your home with Katie Martin.
Your Virtual Session Includes:
One live virtual class each week
A virtual Bump Book
Education and information on safe and effective exercises during pregnancy
Core and pelvic floor strengthening
Functional exercise that will aid you in labor & delivery, postpartum recovery, and every day #momlife
Access to a private Facebook page with other expectant mamas in your session
Support and guidance from a Coach trained specifically in prenatal fitness
$129 - 6 week session
$183 - 6 week session + 4 class passes to any F4MLOU in person or virtual classes. *new this fall* This is a great choice if you are new to our village and would like to explore all that F4MLOU has to offer.
Current F4MLOU Members receive $5 off
There must be at least 6 expecting Mamas enrolled to hold each session. NO REFUNDS will be given unless a session is not filled. If a session is not filled, a full refund will be given.
