Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint throughout life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

Our Body Well program is about the journey -- about taking 8 weeks just for you, one day at a time -- for your body and soul. In this 8-week program, you will join our mamahood sisterhood; a community full of support, encouragement, and TLC. Beyond the workout portion of this program, you will also gain access to educational resources that will teach you how to manage stress (amongst the craziness of mom-life), sleep better so you feel well-rested (even with lack of sleep), and nourish your body with nutrient-dense, whole-foods and simple ingredients (with a full nutrition and recipe guide).

Well Between is our unique program designed specifically to apply the things you’ve learned in Body Well to “real life”. It is meant to help you transform from the world of Body Well where you are expected to skip celebratory dinners (it’s only 8 weeks) and abstain from alcohol (not happening 365). This program will keep you on track, but also understands and provides room for all the “living” you have to do. We know you might not always be perfect, but we will keep you Well Between.

FIT4BABY is a workout program designed specifically for moms-to-be. It includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. This 6-week program includes community-based workouts, weekly challenges, a private group and weekly journal to document your fitness journey. FIT4BABY will build your endurance, strengthen your body and prepare you for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, Run Club is for you. A program for all levels, led by a certified running coach. Beginning runners will gradually build cardiovascular endurance and distance each week. Experienced runners will increase speed and distance. A motivating group and experienced coach will assist every runner in meeting her goals. Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms. No running experience required!

Fall Run Club Details

  • The 8 week session will begin on August 24th and run through October 12th. Classes will take place at The Parklands on Tuesdays at 5:30am. **It is not required that you enroll into Run Club with the intention to train for a race. However, the fall session will have a plan available to help you train for the Urban Bourbon Half Marathon taking place on Saturday, October 16th if you choose!
